10996NAT-Certificate IV in Christian Ministry
Please note streams for Worship, Youth, Chaplaincy and Influencers will require an additional interview on arrival.

10997NAT-Diploma of Christian Leadership and Ministry
Before applying to study for the Diploma of Christian Leadership and Ministry you will need to have satisfactorily completed the Certificate IV in Christian Ministries or an AQF4 level Christian Ministry course from another RTO.
Course Duration
Our Bible college has two intakes per year – one in February and one in July.
The February intake, including holidays, is 42 weeks with 36 teaching weeks. The July intake, including holidays, is 48 weeks with 36 teaching weeks.

Application Process
Embassies need 8 to 12 weeks to process Visa applications.
We recommend you have your Visa application in 3 months prior to commencement date of college.
Closing Dates
The International Student Application with application fee and all associated documents need to be lodged at VLIBTC by 30th October for the February Intake and 30th March for July Intake.

Prepare:
A one-page testimony of
1) How you came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour
2) Your experience as a Christian
3) Why you wish to attend VLIBTC in particular
A recent passport size photograph
Evidence of English Proficiency, refer to International Student Admission Requirements.
Your reasons for study - in one to two pages describe:
A) your reason for wanting to study at VLIBTC and not in your home country
B) how you plan to use these studies and the skills you have acquired when you return to your home country.
Payment of the Application Fee – $250AUD
Or please contact us for Bank details if a Telegraphic Transfer is being arranged or send us details if application fee being sent through Western Union.
Additional Bank Fees will be incurred for a T/T and these are at your expense.
Please ensure we receive the full amount of $250AUD. If you are arranging for the payment to be made in Australia, please ask your contact to phone or call in at VLIBTC to arrange to make the payment.

The following steps can come up after the application is submitted:
Once all of the above documents have been received VLIBTC will assess your application and if approved will forward a Letter of Offer and Acceptance to you via email attachment.
You must read the Letter of Offer and Acceptance carefully, sign the Letter of Offer and Acceptance and return to VLIBTC. This can be scanned and sent via email.

On receipt of your signed Letter of Offer along with the payment of the first semester’s fees – $2800AUD, VLIBTC will email you the required Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) documents for the Course(s) for which you have applied.

You will need to arrange for your own medical cover. VLIBTC does not arrange this for you. The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) requires that students must obtain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the proposed duration of their Student Visa.

Once you have received all the required documentation, process your Student Visa Application form and submit, as required.
