Certificate IV in Christian Ministry

  • Recognise the significance of the life of Christ and God’s covenant with man in the present day and apply this knowledge to yourself and others.

  • Develop knowledge of grace and apply it to one’s own life

  • Understand the person and work of the Holy Spirit and the application of His gifts, and develop sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

  • Develop knowledge of basic Biblical doctrines including the concepts of the new birth and the right standing of all believers.

  • Develop in evangelism and communication of a personal testimony.

  • Develop knowledge of the spiritual growth process and relate concepts for spiritual development to one’s own life.

  • Survey the books of the New Testament

  • Identify principles demonstrated in the lives of heroes of faith and apply it to your personal life

Diploma of Christian Leadership and Ministry

  • Prepare Biblical studies and to communicate in the areas of interpretation, preaching and apologetics.

  • Examine the foundation and development of the church and its commission to reach the world and to identify principles for growth for application to the present day church.

  • analyse the scriptures and identify applications from specific Old and New Testament books.

  • Prepare Biblical studies and to communicate in the areas of interpretation, preaching and apologetics..

  • Develop strategies to reach others effectively with the gospel using different styles of evangelism.

  • Develop skills and knowledge required to lead in team prayer applying Biblical principles

  • Develop knowledge required to provide leadership in a church ministry setting.
